Celebrating the wins: shortlisted for the female business awards

Before I started my Reiki Chia Limited business, I would go along life mindlessly and not really acknowledge my successes and wins. Almost like it's expected of me, to have those wins, then think about the next project or venture. My business has been going since 2010, but in 2020, something changed and I decided to take my venture and mission more seriously. That's why I now celebrate the wins and you should too. Sometimes we move so fast we forget to celebrate how far we’ve come. This nomination reminded me to take the time to acknowledge my growth and to remind you to celebrate your wins.

Last year, I won my first award for my lash extensions beauty business, and then the awards keep coming in. I guess it's opened up something within me, and I started to attract and manifest awards. My business reflects my life, it has challenges and it has successes. I love what I do and I have made it my mission to bring more light and love into the world, through energy and transformations for my clients. I feel people's pain and I want to help them.

It's such an honour to be recognised and acknowledged for my work, because sometimes we forget to acknowledge all the hard work we do. I spend many nights working on my website, writing blogs and articles, filming reels - sometimes to 2am. If you are working hard on a project or your business, don't forget to acknowledge all the blood, sweat and tears that goes into it. It takes time and a lot of energy to build a business or anything for that matter.

After coming back from a beautiful week retreat in Toulouse - I really did switch off and focus on me and my purpose - I came back to fantastic news of being shortlisted for the female business awards for 2 categories:

1) Health, beauty and wellbeing of the year

2) Networker of the year
