More Miracles at MBS Birmingham!

When. I started featuring at the biggest mind body spirit festival in Europe, at London Olympia, I was invited to speak on the Midlife Wisdom stage in 2023. I delivered a talk on 'Hypnotic Reiki for Midlife Wisdom', where I spoke about transformation.

Two years on, and I was at MBS Birmingham at the NEC this November 2025. I was at the midlife wisdom stage and I spoke about how I have been transforming since my very first talk at MBS. When a woman enters midlife, the Chinese talk about a woman entering her 'second spring'. I love that. This is where our energy from our root chakra starts to rise into our heart chakra. When we are young, our energy is in our root because it's promoting growth and fertility. As I am on my midlife wisdom journey, I have been stepping into my power and more into my heart. I love more. I love me more. I love the world more.

I had made the rookie mistake of trying to find a man to pour my love into. I was looking outside of myself. It took my awakening earlier this year to realise, I got to pour my love back to me. And, boy, has my life rocketed since then! I did a talk at MBS London, where my good healer friend, Chet, opened up the space for everyone in it to experience miracles. From that point on, miracles happened. I had windfalls of money. I gained another dream job, I won awards, I had my first international talk in DUBAI! - what a dream! And, I got to speak in Parliament! Wow!, and got to collaborate with fantastic people at MBS.

I met Lauren Davies, co-partner of Binaural Beat Journeys, who introduced me to the world of frequency music - at the last MBS, and we ended up collaborating where I supported her 'Immersive Ecstatic Dance' session at the Wellbeing Studio in MBS Birmingham, alongside DJ Al - who's full of love! - my good healer friend, Chet Sisodia, and my lovely, psychic team member, Crystal Johns.

MBS brings so many miracles and light-minded healers and lightworkers together, under one roof. I always go in there with intention to meet genuine people, and I always do. I was met with much Goddess energy and beautiful energies - with Jyoti Devi, author of Sex: Sacred Desire, Karen Marie, the Golden Oracle Priestess, Rosalind Moody, author of The Spark, Francesca Amber, Manifester Mother, the lovely Divine Void witch podcasters, Laura Derbyshire and Jennifer Lane, international medium, Nicky Alan, actress and founder of Haus Wisdom, Buckso Dhillon and bumped into the lovely Katie-Louise, Soul Artist and Sound Healer and Intuitive Therapist for the music industry. And, I met PAUL MCKENNA, a fellow and inspiring hypnotist I used to watch in the 1980s! and, the brilliant astrologer, Hagan Fox - he could work out people's astrology in his head based on their birth date - so impressive!

I love the energy at MBS - because of the community it brings and the energy and the passion. With the collective energy, we were able to generate hundreds of hours of healing for each other. It was so magical! So, how can you do this for yourself? It's about community - and that can mean many things. Your family, your different circle of friends, socials you attend, those weekly classes, the healing circles. When you're with high vibe people, then you become more aligned in yourself, and when you are aligned, the path you walk is full of miracles. Set the intention and see the miracles unravel before you!
