Manifestations and Miracles at MBS 2025

Wow, I am still coming back into the world and buzzing from the Mind Body Spirit festival bubble at London Olympia, in 2025. It's the second consecutive year I have exhibited, and started visiting the show about 18 years ago! It's such an immense event with over 200 exhibitors, 100 workshops and talks. I love the community and the way the universe orchestrates the flow and how things are meant to be.

Last month, I had the shock of my life (that's another blog!). It taught me hard lessons and, hand on my heart, I now trust my intuition more than ever. Since mindfully working with intuition the last month, situations and people have flowed in abundant and unexpected ways.

To start with, as I was driving to set up MBS, my lovely healer friend, Irina from Cosmoenergy, texted me to say we are actual stall neighbours. We met last year through LinkedIn and Irina came to visit my stall at MBS with a cake - how sweet! And, now, without realising, her stall was next to mine. It was lovely to reconnect again.

I also reconnected with Shani and Candice, and Rohan, from iUVO Skincare (stunning and delicious smelling products - check it out!) and Melonie, aka the Drum Woman, who were my stall neighbours last year. Such high and wonderful energies and loved having them around. Hugs each day and beautiful drumming, as I did Reiki on visitors. -it was so beautiful as I tuned in on the drums. And, an awesome surprise to see Keeley, from Key for Change, down the way, who I met at Birmingham MBS last year! We also met the guys from Riverford, who were great 'living life to the veg!' (love that!), who kept us entertained and laughing.

So blessed to have a high energy team

I also had my wonderful friends come to help out on the stall, Chet, soul empowerment coach, - who was there last year! Liz, from Heads2Minds, who I met last year through a very good friend came to help too. Both Liz and Chet have such high energy, it kept me high and laughing... A LOT! Nish, who's a kung fu black belt/ dear good friend and who I taught Reiki too brought his good vibes too. I met Crystal, from Crystal’s Healing Lights, at the Dharte expo and we intuitively connected before the show! So, the universe orchestrated her to stay with me for the weekend, and it was such fun. It was great to travel in with Crystal, we had adventures on the tube and bus journeys! Crystal hadn't tried Reiki until MBS, so gave her a taster session! And, my beautiful daughter, Sofia came to help too. It was so great to see her so confident interacting with the customers, starting great conversations and making friends around the stall.

The MBS team are wonderful too! I loved seeing my very, very good friend, Ros, MBS Programme Manager and author of 'The Spark', around MBS - who's shone her beautiful light around! And, Chloe was just amazingly awesome backstage helping me set everything up.

Manifesting a miracle all in a day's work!

On the first day, Chet, Liz and I did a spontaneous Insta live. This year, I didn't have a speaker slot. So, Chet and I wished and manifested live to be speaking again as we LOVE sharing our wisdom and healing lots of people. That evening, would you believe, I got a message to say there's a last minute slot! I was soooooo happy! What a miracle that came through. And, on Sunday, I did a talk on 'Hypnotic Reiki for Midlife' on the Midlife Wisdom stage. Chet set the scene and created this wonderful bubble, where transformations and miracles happen, and did a grand introduction for me to come on stage. I shared my personal story and my insights and channelled messages, which later came through the hypnotic Reiki for change and miracles. There were so many people in the audience, they spilled out at the edges with people standing around the edges of the 'miracle bubble'. What a wonderful audience, who were so open and attentive.

How do you manifest?

You probably heard this all before, but it works! How we manifested there and then, I put it down to our high energy, passion and believing we got the speaker slot already. By putting it out to the universe, the universe will answer your prayers and wishes.

My latest insights for you

In case you're wondering what the insights are, I will share them with you. We all need to listen to our intuition and the key is to trust and believe in yourself OVER everyone else. You don't need evidence, nor validation from others, you just need your intuition and that's it. Secondly, if you need advice, guidance or answers to your questions, remember to ask the universe for signs. Right now, the universe is so generous with its signs. If you need further guidance on a decision, you're unsure of a relationship, thinking to quit your job and pursue your dreams - just, ask for the signs! I literally said in my head 'God, I need a sign' and literally 10 minutes later, a girl showed up and then I had 2 signs to follow after that!
